Sports and psychological training
The psychological training program is aimed at psychological support of young sportsmen, their coaches, and parents.
In the process of adaptation, children may experience emotional stress against the background of serious physical activity, which leads to a general reduction of interest in training and hockey. The method of Ak Bars Ice Hockey Academy is based on developments that help coaches and parents to support the young hockey player, to avoid reducing the motivation for engaging in sports, to help a pupil to overcome depression and emotional unrestraint.
